ABOUT ME
Enhancing Mental Well-being for a healthier world
I am dedicated to enhancing the mental well-being of individuals and employees alike. I achieve this by offering coaching sessions directly to individuals and providing employers with a wellness package that includes workshops and coaching for their staff. If organizations are stiving to bolster mental well-being in their work environment, I can guide them through a Mental Wellness Audit tailored for their business.
How did I get here?
When I was six years old, a devastating act of arson destroyed the homes of six families who lived directly across the street from my family’s grocery store. In response, my mother immediately took it upon herself to ensure that every one of those families found a new place to live. Each Sunday, after we closed the store at noon, my parents would spend the afternoon delivering household items—furniture, kitchenware, children’s toys—into the families’ new homes.
One Sunday, after helping carry in a few boxes, I paused and had a moment of clarity. I remember thinking, this is very important work. Even at that young age, I knew something significant was happening, and I felt it deeply. From that day on, I understood that my purpose was to help others.
That experience marked the beginning of a lifelong commitment. My parents didn’t just model compassion—they invited me into it. Their actions left a lasting impression, showing me what it means to serve others with dignity, empathy, and quiet determination.
Over the years, this early lesson evolved into a professional mission. My work—whether in coaching, consulting, or leadership—has always centered on improving the mental and emotional well-being of others. It’s not just what I do, it’s who I am.
I am deeply grateful to my parents for including me in that early experience. They showed me the power of stepping up during someone’s hardest moment and the ripple effect it can have. That foundation continues to guide my approach today.
Helping individuals and communities thrive in their well-being isn’t a career I chose—it’s a calling that chose me. And I carry it forward with humility, purpose, and heart.

Coaching has really helped me overcome some struggles. I had been stuck for a long time. Now, I feel happier and more confident in my life, and feel like I can walk with my head held high because I'm heading towards my goals.

I felt so frustrated and angry, I could not see clearly, and I could not move forward. I did not know what to expect from working with a coach. It gave me the tools to calm down, focus, and really think about what is important to me. Then I was able to decide what my next steps were.
